Looking for a roommate to split a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Kinnelon, NJ. Bedroom has two closets and faces the back of the house away from the street. The shared bathroom is NEWLY REMODELED with a shower/bath, toilet, vanity, and closet for storage. The rest of the house includes my room, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, unfinished basement and an unfinished attic. Plenty of room for storage! Washer/dryer is in the basement and works wonderfully.

The front of the house has a very nice covered porch that looks out towards Kiel Ave. Minutes away from Rt. 23 & Rt. 287 so it’s a great home base for a commuter or a remote worker! The house has a connecting U shaped driveway with my neighbor as well as 3 parking spots. Yard work/snow removal is taken care of either by me or my neighbors.

Hi, my name’s Eric and I work for the local park commission as an outdoor educator. I teach at some nearby nature centers and am very nature minded. I mostly keep to myself when I’m home, but I do run Dungeons & Dragons games once a week. (As my roommate you get a guaranteed spot if you’re interested in playing!)
