The apartment is located in a nice Holyoke area close to East Hampton. The apartment is close to a grocery store, gas station, and I-91 Highway. The neighborhood has nice affordable restaurants including Pic’s Pizza and Woodstone tavern.

I’m looking for a female professional. Someone with a steady income who is quiet, responsible, organized, and respectful. Someone with good sense of cleaning. If possible, a person who has a day work schedule rather that night work schedule. The room has a bed, small closet, and a small furniture for clothes. You will have access to kitchen, washer and dryer. On street parking. No overnight guest, no drinking, and no smoking. Requirements: 2 references Proof of income 1st and last month rent.
