Private bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom located in North Crestview - Silver Oaks Community.

Rent includes all utilities, to include wifi and access to community pool (open March-October). Home is equipped with a security system, you will receive your own code for the front door and to arm/disarm system.

Community areas include living room, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. Driveway parking available.

Renter will be required to pass a background check and maintain a clean room, as well as community areas.

Female preferred, but will consider a male. Single occupancy/No couples.

No pets will be accepted. There is a cat currently in the home.

Absolutely no drugs on property, to include cannabis.

I request that guests be pre-approved and advanced notice of guests given (as a common courtesy to know who’s in the home).

I’m a single mom, my 2 littles are with me every other week. During my weeks with them we are at the house around 4pm and go to bed by 8pm. They are involved in extra curricular activities that keep us busy and out of the house. They lived with roommates before and know how to respect other people’s things and quiet time. I’m very friendly and easy to get along with. I will say hi and ask you how you’re doing when I see you. I work normal day time hours, Monday - Friday.
