The rent is $650monthly, and the room includes what you can see in the picture. You have access to all the comon areas of the house. The rent includes wifi, electricity and water. No pets.To rent the room you need to provide first month and deposit. ( $300 for deposit). You need to agree with the contract and rules of the home.

The is a safe and calm neighborhood, with a really nice park close to be able to walk and enjoy nature (Lake Eva).

Everyone in the house is nice polite and welcoming. Every one is working on their own, and there’s no smoking or animals in the home. We are looking for another clean and respectful and polite person.
