4 year old, non-smoking, extremely well insulated home located in the quiet Katy Crossing subdivision with an HOA, parking and some garage storage room. You get 2 bedrooms with your own separate bathroom, each have their own closets. We’ll split all the utilities and internet bills (2 GB fiber), normally around $200 a month, which makes it much more appealing than an apt. I can let you use a dresser if you need to but I don’t have an extra bed. 2nd room is great to use if you work from home or if you need some storage space. The rest of the house is well furnished and you’re welcome to enjoy it and the backyard. I have a drink fridge in the corner and the stove is gas.

I’m a 37 year old male, work from home Project Manager and a Medic in the Army Reserves on some weekends. I used to be in EMS but live the quiet life now. My good friend and former roommate got engaged and moved out so I’m looking for someone to rent the other half of the house because I don’t need 4 rooms to myself. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is nice. If you’re looking for a place out of the hustle and bustle of Katy or Houston, this is it. I’m a pretty clean person and pick up after myself. I don’t have any pets but dogs and cats (or really any pets) welcome as long as you clean up after them and they’re well behaved/trained.
