No smoking of ANY kind inside the house; must be respectful and clean up after yourself in shared areas; no drugs, pets, overnight guests, or parties. Must be working and have verifiable employer and stable income. Show proof of current income (check stub) at appointment to see the room. References are checked.

My boyfriend and I live in an older family home in Old Town Murrieta with 3 bedrooms to rent. There are two shared bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath only, large living room with dining room adjacent and kitchen & laundry facilities. One room unfurnished, one with built-in drawers, shelves and desk unit that can be rented with queen bed and side table, one unfurnished room slightly larger. We both work varied shift schedules and value our days off together so are seeking renters that are drama-free, clean, and have steady income. Females preferred, Disney fans a plus.
