Elizabeth's room

I am looking for someone to join a lease with me for a 3b2b house in Vero Beach! Lease starts February 1st, lasts for a whole year, and landlord requires first/last/deposit at that time. I already live in the house and can assist with moving. I can also provide a queen sized bed for the room if needed. There is a garage which is being used as storage for a motorcycle and jet ski, but the driveway is plenty big for another car, and you would be more than welcome to store anything in the garage that will fit. There is a washer and dryer at the house, a kitchen with a new dishwasher and refrigerator, and a third bedroom that has been used as a guest room for the past year. I would be open to having a third roommate, but the two unoccupied rooms would share a bathroom. I also have a pet cat and a snake. Both are friendly but the snake stays securely locked in a terrarium in my room. Message me if you’re interested!

About me: I love anything outdoors, climbing, riding my motorcycle, scuba diving, etc. I also tend to be an introvert but I enjoy having roommates who are also friends :)
