Alicia's room

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM: The room is unfurnished, has one window, and a closet with an extra storage space above it. There is no central AC, but there is a fan with 3 speeds connected to the ceiling light which comes with a remote to control both the lights and the fan. There is a medium-sized bathroom attached that has a tub and detachable showerhead, working toilet and sink, small window, vanity, two light sources, and a fan. The bathroom also leads to the backyard as a second entry option for you as we do have cats if you’d like to avoid the trouble of being extra cautious of going in and out through the front door.

The LIVING ROOM is furnished with a couch and TV, and the KITCHEN has a dining table and basic appliances: fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. Separate cabinets and space in the fridge will be provided, and we also have a mini-fridge available for you if needed!

WASHER/DRYER are provided as well in the garage.

As for PARKING, there is street parking. It’s usually fairly empty with plenty of space in front of the house. Just beware of street cleaning.

We have indoor cats that we do not want outside because we live near a busy street, and there are coyotes in the area. If it’s too troublesome to take care going in and out of the front door, there is another way into the home directly through the backyard to your room. :)

Peter and I, Alicia, will be your roommates! We are both video game enthusiasts and tend to stay up past midnight due to our line of work and hobbies (I like to dabble in arts and craft). We like to keep the home tidy and the kitchen clean and hope that you’ll be able to keep it up with us. :)
