I am one of the roommates, however I am looking to relocate so you would be filling my spot. Each roommate has their own floor, and there is currently a female residing on the top, third floor of this house. If moving in, you can decide between having your own floor with private bathroom ($670) or renting a room and sharing a bathroom with one other person. The kitchen, downstairs, and back porch are shared spaces.
