Exciting news – I’ve got a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that I’m looking to share. The living room boasts large windows, flooding the space with fantastic natural light. The kitchen is equipped with a washer and dryer, and there’s even a small backyard to enjoy.

This charming abode, built in 1906, features tall ceilings, built-in cabinetry, and plaster walls that add character to every corner. The beautiful wood floors and ample lighting make it a delightful living space. Plus, we’ve got a shared backyard with the friendly neighbor.

No stringent rules here – just a simple ask to be respectful of each other’s space. The apartment is complete with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

I’m an active and health-conscious working professional who loves a good workout, whether it’s lifting, running, or biking. Cooking is a passion, especially as I navigate a caloric deficit to shed some pounds. Outside of the kitchen and gym, you might find me camping, motorcycling, or hiking on weekends. I get it, maybe not everyone wants to be friends with their roommates - but I’m friendly and if we live together you can bank on me inviting you on some hikes with my friends at some point. Won’t be offended if you’re busy though!

As a morning person (thanks to a 7 am work start), I enjoy squeezing in some light exercise before the day kicks off. I maintain a tidy living space without going overboard. While I’m more introverted, I value social interactions and hope to find a roommate who’s cool with occasional friend visits.

Pet peeves? Dishes stacked in the sink, clothes left out, and lack of communication. Let’s keep the living space harmonious! On weekdays, I’m out the door by 6:45 am, back by 4:45 pm before heading out to the gym. Weekends? Well, that varies – sometimes in town, sometimes not.
