West 107th Place

Extra large Master Space tucked away in our cozy, quiet neighborhood near some gorgeous foothills. It never get’s old coming home with a mountain view! 🏔️ Our neighborhood connects to a large open space with walking trails throughout. Very safe, quiet and friendly area. We do not want to leave, however I accepted a new job out of state so unfortunately, we have to leave this beautiful space the first week of February.

The Space: This space is HUGE. It’s a first floor Master bed and bath. My partner and I have been living here together and absolutely love it, we have so much room. The bedroom is large, lots of natural light, and high ceilings. We have a his and hers vanity with a soaking tub along with a very spacious standing shower. Walk-in closet with lots of space for storage. Large fenced in back yard with a patio space, perfect for grilling out or letting the doggo run around :) Living room will be nearly empty and unfurnished after we move, but our roommates would be willing to help furnish upon discussion.

The Layout: This is technically a single person room- only one person will take over this lease. This space is pretty detached from where the rest of the bedrooms are so you have a lot of privacy.

The Price: Rent for this space is $925/mo + utilities. We do have one garage space which you are welcome to have! Deposit is $925 to us as that’s your last months rent that we have already put down.

Available Feb 9 (or a little earlier if you need). Lease is 5 months (through July 9) and you will have the option to resign at the end of your lease.

You will have 3 other roommates all men in their late 20s/ early 30s. They keep to themselves although you may run into each other in common spaces. They are respectful of each others space and things, and are easy to get along with.
