Kristina's room

Property is located near Camp Lejeune. The complex has a small gym, basketball court, dog park, and pool. Unit is located on the first floor.

1 bedroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom apartment. The room has 2 closets, a built in desk, and a private bathroom. The room is set at the edge of 2 other rooms in the unit so you’ll be near myself and Brooke.

The rest of the unit is completely furnished, including the kitchen. We have a washer/dryer in unit as well.

There’s 4 other people living in the unit: myself (26/Female), Hope (21/Female) & her boyfriend Chris (21/Male), and Brooke (25/Female). We all work pretty consistent schedules during the week.

There are 3 cats and 2 dogs currently living in the unit. We’re looking for someone with no pets as the complex only allows 2 animals other than my ESA to live on the premises.

My cat is not child friendly, so we’re not comfortable having a roommate with children.

If room is rented to a couple we do prefer the payments be split to include another person using resources and utilities.
