Roughly 900 SQ Ft, the house isn’t big, but it’s not tiny. 2 Bdr 1 Bathroom House with a fenced yard. Small storage/tool shed in the yard. This house is a 3 min walk from YVC.
About the roomies
I’m a 25 Yr old Male with a 6 year old Dog. I would prefer a roommate of roughly the same age as me.
My dog is my life and it takes a lot for me to trust someone around him for long periods without me there. I would really like to get to know a potential roommate first and not only make sure that we mesh well, but make sure you and my dog mesh well.
I make music, mainly rap-centric but I branch to a lot of other genres. I currently record and mix this music in my room, depending on your schedule you might never even hear me recording.
