This large 6-bedroom residence is located on Seine Ave in Artesia, just a 5-minute walk from Artesia Park. Holy Family Catholic Church and Portuguese Hall are also within walking distance. Cerritos Mall and Cerritos Town center are 5 minutes away driving.

The residence is across the street from a small community Church. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

No children. This is not a home for kids. There is a bar in the front shared living room. The environment is very adult and 420 friendly. Smoking is not allowed in the house. There are smoking patios in the front yard and backyard.

The house is surrounded by gardens and patio areas. There is a patio table and fire pit in the backyard. The backyard also has a BBQ and laundry area.

Laundry – Washer and Dryer on Site

Parking – There is a large church parking lot directly across the street from the residence. The church allows use of its parking lot Mon – Sat. Parking on the street is rarely an issue. There are no apartments buildings on Seine Ave. and there is plenty of parking on the street.

No dogs. One cat is acceptable. Max. 10-gallon aquarium or terrarium is okay. There is an indoor cat in the upstairs unit. Please no rescue animals in transition.

Rent is negotiable depending on how many rooms you need. There is a two-bedroom unit with a private bath. And there is also a single room with a shared bathroom.

Onsite landlord lives upstairs, which is myself. The outside property is home to a large African tortoise that roams the yard and gardens.
