3 bedrooms available in a 4 person shared house. The house will be shared with me.

Looking for a student or relatively recent college grad (I’m 23 myself, graduated in ’22) to be housemates with. Preferred housemates will commit to keeping the house clean.

One of the rooms has an enclosed porch.

• 1 Room has an enclosed porch with electricity access but no heat.
• Very safe neighborhood, with respectful neighbors and many businesses within walking distance including Salvatore’s Bakery and Donuts Delite.
• Close access to schools: University of Rochester / Rochester Institute of Technology within a 20 minute drive. St. John Fisher / Nazareth within a 10 minute drive!
• My mother owns the house so I will be a direct liaison to the property owner (myself)
• Lawn maintenance will also be done myself
• Utilities are not included but will be split between all members of the house.
• Washer + dryer in great condition
• Two lane driveway with plenty of street parking
• The flamingo furniture was from a previous owner, included the picture for reference.
