About the roomies

Randy (62-year-old Male) is the only occupant of this 4-bedroom house. He is seeking a, β€œeasy-going” singular roommate (1 person) to occupy 1 of 2 rooms that are available. All ages are welcome, but an ideal roommate is someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful. Respect for the house, neighbors, and co-occupant is a must - violence and aggression will not be tolerated. Smokers are welcome - but smoking is absolutely not allowed in the house and must be done on the patio or front yard. One important factor for all applicants to consider prior to inquiring, Randy has three (3) pet cats that enjoy roaming the house - roommate would not be expected to interact with these cats, but roommate should not have cat allergies as the cats are not locked away.
