Full access to common areas, TVs, etc. Private bathroom across the hall from their room - not attached, but you won’t have to share it with anyone. A quiet and safe neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Plenty of space to park. Access to the meticulously maintained pool 24/7 (not heated). Patio seating. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Easy access to the highway.

Randy (62-year-old Male) is the only occupant of this 4-bedroom house. He is seeking a, “easy-going” singular roommate (1 person) to occupy 1 of 2 rooms that are available. All ages are welcome, but an ideal roommate is someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful. Respect for the house, neighbors, and co-occupant is a must - violence and aggression will not be tolerated. Smokers are welcome - but smoking is absolutely not allowed in the house and must be done on the patio or front yard. One important factor for all applicants to consider prior to inquiring, Randy has three (3) pet cats that enjoy roaming the house - roommate would not be expected to interact with these cats, but roommate should not have cat allergies as the cats are not locked away.
