Maddalena's room

I’m looking for a roommate to sublease a bedroom and bathroom in my 2/2 condo. The condo is off Military Trail in Deerfield, between the SW 10th and Sample entrances to I95, only about 15-20 minutes away from FAU and 25ish from Fort Lauderdale. It’s one bedroom and you’d have your own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with additional shared laundry in the condo building! The kitchen is beautiful and recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and you’d have your own cabinet space. There is a screened-in balcony and a large living room. The pictures I attached are from the original listing of the condo because I am visiting my family until January 3rd and am not there to take photos. However, the space is completely open and ready for a new roommate!!!

I am a very clean person and mostly just go to work and class, and occasionally I go out on the weekends. I consider myself pretty funny and outgoing but I also like to keep to myself sometimes too! I definitely respect other’s spaces and belongings so I expect the same in return :) I do have a long-term boyfriend and he may stay over on some occasions, he is very respectful and courteous as well. I love to cook and I love going to the beach! Somedays I like to just hang out in my room or around the house and watch movies and I am always down for a wine night!
