About the room
Hi guys, I am moving out of my apartment in Newtonville! It’s a great price ($600) and comes with free parking. The rent is month to month. The room is 13’ by 12’. The roommates keep to themselves and are pretty private. Utilities are not included but they are roughly under $100 a month. It’s not perfect - the walls are a little chipped and the floor is slanted (that’s why it’s so cheap) BUT it’s a great price if you are transitioning to Boston and have a car! You have free range to hang up or paint the room - really make it your own! I have had a very pleasant and peaceful time living here for the last 6 months. Please reach out if you have any questions!
