West 38th Street

This is an older, 4-bedroom house in a great neighborhood. You would have two small bedrooms to yourself, and full use of the rest of the house. Since it’s an older house, noise travels and stairs creak. I’m looking for someone who is looking for a relatively quiet space. And, since this is my only home for now, it’s important I find someone I can trust to respect that, and look after the place when I’m not here. Must at least pretend to love my weird cat, Jojo. I work in a restaurant, so I’m usually gone in the evenings. Mornings on the porch, usually out during the day. You would only be sharing the space with myself and my cat.
