Ideal Tenant: We’re seeking a communicative, family-friendly single dweller who is comfortable with a background check, cameras, and maid access. Prospective tenants should earn at least 3x the rent, pay the deposit, and maintain cleanliness. Availability: Move in as early as Jan 6th.
