Room for rent at Liberty Pointe Apartments It’s one of the bedrooms in a 4 br/4bt. This room is separated from the others like in the picture, you will have two closets, your own bathroom. Room does have an outside window as well as a built in desk, and was “newly” renovated from the complex.

Move in can be as early as this coming week, you will have to be added to the lease so I can send an online application which is $50. Rent is actually alittle under $470 a month, the only thing that’s separate would be electric (varies, i would say highest is $50 and the amount for washer and dryer ($7.50 a month). You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room and living room. They do allow for pets as well, but there is 3 cats there currently so much be okay with that.

The apartment also has a small gym, basketball court and pool for the summer time. Serious inquiries only!

There are 3 other roommates. 2 girls and 1 male, one has two cats and one has another. All 3 work either on base, or in a nursing home. The rooms are mainly quiet and if you work from home, it’s great. Shared living room, kitchen.
