About the room
It’s very nice and newly updated. The last project is the bathroom so still a little ugly but the space is great and large. I like for people to know that to get to my room I must walk through yours, however, I am courteous and quiet :)
About the roomies
No parties, no loud music blaring constantly- i dont mind at all every once in awhile but no heavy metal blaring as soon as i walk in. I dont mind if you have a cat as long as you keep him with you in the space y0u are in, i am allergic. dont mind smoking (cigs or weed) windows always open when smoking and PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!
