We joke about this place being a monastery, but if you are a serious student (you’re here to get your degree, not party, not hustle, etc.) looking for a safe, quiet, and reasonably priced room in a good residential neighborhood within 5 miles of UNC-Charlotte, then we should talk.

I’m retired, but still work at a part-time job. My standard 1980’s 3-bed, 2.5-bath home in a boring standard development off of WT Harris Blvd. is on a quiet cul-de-sac, and friends who themselves have kids in college have said the extra bedroom upstairs would be great for a college student (of course, their kids are all out of state, LOL).
