Hi! I’m David. 28 year old man, into video game, DnD and other nerdy stuff. I own the house and am looking for some cool people to rent out my extra rooms to. I’m a Christian and would prefer people with similar values, but I will absolutely consider anyone! I’m very easy going so as long as you’re responsible and respectful I’m sure we’ll get along just fine. I don’t have any tenants currently so you’ll have a private bathroom until someone else rents the other room.
