Two unfurnished rooms for rent in a brand new townhouse. Looking for a responsible, friendly, clean female roommate ( preferably vegetarian or chooses to not cook non vegetarian food at home . I’m allergic) to move in! About the house : Enjoy resort style living in this gated community in the heart of Gilbert. A brand new luxury townhouse house (3 bed 2.5 bath) built in 2021. The home has upgraded flooring, open kitchen with brand new cabinets and counter tops, brand new washer/dryer and 2 car garage.

I am looking to rent out both the rooms either both the rooms to one person or one occupant per room.

This community is located in the South San tan village park way in Gilbert close to 202 freeway, San tan market place, Deloitte, Walmart , target , top golf , main event .

No smoking , weed, or drug usage inside the house . No pets please !
