Renting this space primarily as a one bedroom apartment, furnished. I can move a few things as desired. Terms can be month - month, preference to someone who wishes to stay until June or beyond.

1200 for furnished 1 bedroom apartment. 150 towards utilities (includes high speed WiFi) for single person (they’re about 200/mo typically).

Queen bed is available in place of daybed. Both have toppers and are quite comfortable. Daybed is a charming antique and pulls out to a queen (flat). Allows for yoga on the floor and a desk for work from home etc. Queen is a simple white frame. Rug and other furniture can be available.

It is technically a 2 bed 2 bath condo, with high ceilings, and large sunny windows. I’ll be up a couple of times per month but unfortunately working a lot until June. (I’ll be in nyc). Your room has a full closet, 2 xl windows, hardwood floors, and a bathroom designated for you just at your entry.

*Dog lovers appreciated, but for January- June there’s no problem as we will be up sparingly. For extended stays, dog lovers would be required. Petsitting opportunities and discounts available. See roommate info for dogs, they’ll accompany me a couple times per month.

Me: I’m 37 F. Love my dogs, art, jazz, languages, and preschool education. I like both dressing up and staying in pjs most of the day. I like cooking to share, wine, a good show or book. I started at a preschool in August and have a second job as well. I love my home in Hudson valley and like to go out of the country a couple times per year if possible.
