I am renting my 3 bedroom + loft (upstairs), ranch style home located in West Lancaster. The home is located on over 5 acres the property. With mountains not only in view, but in walking distance, the property is peaceful and serene. Located between Ave J and K, just about 15 minutes from major shopping, etc.

The house is currently being occupied by other resident(s), however, I am still screening and accepting viewings and security/holding deposits to stable and honest people.

This would be a month to month tenancy, with option to stay longer after one year of consecutive of on-time rental payments.

No drugs will be allowed on the property.

Ideally looking to rent to artists, musicians (as we have a music facility on-site), small families, individuals, retirees, students and veterans.

Room 1 - Large and spacious. Four very large windows that allow a lot of sunlight. This room is big enough for 2-3 people comfortably. No bath in room. Included in the full home rental.

**If shared house, with individual tenants, THIS ROOM will go for $1,200 per month. Perfect for child, couple or individual.

Room 2 - Master bedroom with private, full bath. The room comes with a fireplace, 2 closets and a small bonus room.

**If shared house, with individual tenants, THIS ROOM will go for $1,400 per month. Perfect for small family, couple or individual.

Room 3 - Smaller room on the opposite side of the house, bathroom is outside of bedroom.

**If shared house, this room will go for $1,250 per month. Perfect for child, small family, couple or individual.

Included utilities: water included. Tenant responsible for the following: gas (propane refill) Internet (Starlink) and electricity.

Deposit equal to 1st months rent, negotiable.

**Please note: the owner does agriculture and music business (in separate building) on the property.

Must complete rental application. Good credit not required. Steady, stable and provable income is required.
