Looking for a roommate! Gorgeous property in Huntington Beach, local to almost everything you could possible need (right on Brookhurst and Adams- Target, In n Out, Whole Foods, Ulta, CVS, Taco Bell, Stater Bros, Trader Joes- all a mile away!). Private room and a shared bathroom- (option for a private bathroom downstairs upon interview). The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there is currently one vacant room! Two women live there currently, including the landlord Courtney (hi all love but I’m only comfortable living with women please). Shared spaces include a den with a TV (internet included), a living room, kitchen, 70s style bar, woodburning fireplace, washer and dryer, and a backyard with a pool table!

My name is Courtney, 22 F, and I am a hair stylist in the area. I am the landlord of the property and will be conducting interviews for the vacant room. Would love to have a student in the OC area, but am open to any women looking for a home! My roommate Emilie will be in the room next to yours, and I will be across the hall (all bedrooms are upstairs). I would love for all of us to get along, but absolutely no pressure to be besties.
