Gorgeous property in Huntington Beach, local to almost everything you could possible need (right on Brookhurst and Adams- Target, In n Out, Whole Foods, Ulta, CVS, Taco Bell, Stater Bros, Trader Joes- all a mile away!). Private room and a shared bathroom- (option for a private bathroom downstairs upon interview). The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there is currently one vacant room! Two women live there currently, including the landlord Courtney (hi all love but I’m only comfortable living with women please). Shared spaces include a den with a TV (internet included), a living room, kitchen, 70s style bar, woodburning fireplace, washer and dryer, and a backyard with a pool table!
