There is nothing great about this room as of yet, in fact, it’s pretty awful in it’s current condition. It will be in decent enough shape by the time I’m ready to field applicants. 1860 farmhouse that def needs a good deal of work. There are two available rooms upstairs with a third room to be used for storage/shared space. .Ground floor/living area is pretty groovy though. The property is awesome If you’re an artist type or can handle living with one. Right downtown in Eudora but incredibly private and rural. Right along the Wakarusa river 2 acres. Psychedelic friendly, gay friendly, cat friendly and maybe the right dog…idk. Couple could be okay also. This place is a work in progress much like myself.

Artist/Carpenter with crazy big ideas living on the edge of sanity. Would love someone who could be useful in home remodel/any type of help figuring out these infernal computers…ugh! It’s fair to say I can be a bit of a spazz at times. Like to dress-up goofy and go to Burning Man regional events with my crazy artwork.
