The living room redesigned into a studio apartment of sorts. You have you own central air conditioner and heater with a remote. There’s a couch, and desk but can be removed upon request. There’s plenty of space for a bed and dresser, I will provide a mini fridge as well your own high speed internet access so if you’re a gamer you don’t have to worry about sharing your wifi signal with others. The room is sectioned off from the rest of the duplex with large sound proof curtains.

I’m the only one who you’ll be living with, I work from home. I have an office set in my room, that’s where I’m at most of the time. I’m really laid back , I won’t be in your space, I don’t ask many questions.
