I have a room for rent in Cortez Hill which is in Downtown San Diego for $2k/month. My room is on the first floor and the room available is on the third floor. The second floor has a spacious living room, washer/dryer, new dishwasher and full kitchen. The third floor’s room has its own private full bath and one of the walls in the room is almost entirely windows which produces quite an amazing view. The apartment itself has a parking garage, excellent maintenance, two hot tubs, heated pool, two different gyms and is in a very nice/safe neighborhood.
