This apartment is in a mixed-use building with a restaurant below and two apartments on the top floor (One flight of stairs). The clean, sunny, 750 sq.ft one bedroom apartment (the living room is the second bedroom) tastefully, and fully furnished with all the amenities. Great kitchen for the home cook, small back deck with seating. Shared washer and dryer with other apartment.

I have converted the living room to my bedroom. New roommate will have the bedroom.

All utilities and Wi-Fi are Included. Easy street parking only. Looking for respectful, responsible roommate to share the entire apartment 1/15/24 through 7/15/24. Move-in-out dates are flexible with option to extend.

Located in the heart of Bernal Heights, close to CCSF and SF State. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood. Parks, cafe’s, restaurants, galleries, public library, grocery store. Walks up the hill to beautiful sweeping city views. Pets (1 cat) considered with landlords approval.

Note: Apartment is above a restaurant that is usually active until 10pm. You can sometimes hear restaurant noises and music.

I’m a queer student in my second semester at CCSF, looking for a roommate who is also a student, preferably queer and/or afab, eighteen to twenty years old. I like manga/anime, video games, film and rock climbing. I usually tend to keep to myself and I like to have quiet time but I can also be pretty talkative when I have a lot of energy (so not often). I usually like to have music playing throughout the apartment, usually jazz or electronic ambient but doesn’t bother me to contain the music just in my room if need be. I prefer to not throw parties or large gatherings especially since the space isn’t that big.
