Outdoor covered lani, back patio, fruit orchard. Share kitchen and living space with a female. Two adult cats, indoor and outdoor reside in the home. No additional pets are allowed. Utilities $100 additional per month. Wifi, Washer and Dryer, private driveway parking. Nonsmoking, month to month or up to 6 months, available January 1, 2024. $500 security deposit.
