Welcome to your new space! I’ve got a room available in our 3-bedroom house, shared with two cool male roommates. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. You’ll have a shared bathroom and hassle-free parking. Internet is included, and your bedroom is equipped with a roomy closet, bedframe, mattress and mattress box. The deal requires a deposit of the first and last month’s rent, and the monthly rent is $750. Utilities included in rent cost. There is a patio, smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may use the patio.

Both roommates are hardworking individuals who value cleanliness, aged 25 and 26. I’m 25, work daily, we’re pretty laid back.
