In unit washer/dryer and newer appliances. Community pool, hot tub, club house, business center with free wi-fi and gym. Easy Access to beaches, shopping and I-5 freeway.

I’m a 25 yo male, into gaming, hiking, and racket sports. Mostly keep to myself, and pretty laid back. Looking for a chill guy, any age, who doesn’t want to throw giant parties all the time. If we share interests that’s a plus, but priority is finding someone who will be respectful and help keep the common areas clean and tidy.
