Looking for a new roomate at the end of our lease for 3br/2ba 1200sqft apt in Palm city next to 714, martin downs and the turnpike. Only about a 5 min drive to 95 or US1. Rent is split evenly 3 ways. Current rent is 2310/mo making each portion per roommate roughly $770/mo. FPL/water/internet bills average about $150/mo per person. Keeping my fingers crossed that rent doesnt go up more, but will adjust listing if it does. Last year it went up $100 so it only cost each person an extra $33/mo. Property management requires an application, background, and credit check to be completed prior to moving in. Also may require additional deposit contingent on credit score…Better details will be provided upon exchanging messages.

I’m 41, work FT in retail management. I like to cook and try to stay relatively clean. I have an 8 year old Husky that loves to make new friends and may enjoy having a roommate of her own if you have a friendly pup. The other roommate is 29 and he works in the restaurant industry as a chef. We’re both friendly and enjoy company but also have no problem just keeping to ourselves.
