Subletting my 144.5 SF room in our 1,220 SF apartment from March 1st, through August 14th. Only open to doing the full 6 month term, no more, no less. Our apartment building is located less than a 5 minute walk from the AU campus, and is a 5 minute drive from Tenley town. Lovely apartment complex, with a respectful and family oriented community. Parking available in our lot, fees do apply. Our building has a laundry room in the basement, that is well kept and useful, open to everyone. We are on the top floor, and have easy access to the rooftop, as well as a trash chute on our floor. Our building also has a gym that is free to use! All utilities included in rent, except for wifi, which you will pay one of the roommates for. It is a split cost. Spacious apartment, with a huge living room and dining area, open floor plan with a great view of the Cathedral. Kitchen includes space for personal items. We are on the top floor, and have easy access to the rooftop, as well as a trash Shute on our floor. Room is listed as “bedroom 2” in the layout photo. My room is the perfect size, and gets lots of natural light through the 2 windows. I included pictures from the last renters since I took mine at night time. I also included some photos of the actual apartment from the past renters, specifically the photo of the living/dining space. Room includes 2 closets, with lots of storage for clothing. Hardwood flooring, and electric heating. The room is able to be rented with the full sized bed frame and mattress (that was bought new august 2023) for a flat fee of $200.00. Very spacious PERSONAL bathroom included as well, with a bathtub!

I currently live here with my 2 roommates, they are a couple and are both students, attending American University. Our household is 100% LGBTQIA+ friendly, Roomates do own a very friendly cat as well! Ideally looking for students, or young professionals who are driven and busy, respectful, and friendly.
