You would have your own bathroom (unless company is over) and rent would be $500. Rent is due at the 1st and utilities are due around the middle of the month. We like to cook/grill often and occasionally have a few drinks. Recently bought a nice smoker and have been using it frequently. When we cook there is always plenty for others to have a plate. We enjoy card/board game nights with friends and movie nights for the relaxing times. We both game on PC so we have excellent internet. Washer and dryer are upstairs down the hall from the room. We have 1 dog that is 2 years old. We only vape in the house. Security deposit can be worked out in payments.
