Totally refurbished home in the heart of Glen Cove, NY. The house is located just minutes away from NYIT long Island campus. 10 single occupancy rooms available, ready for move in. No sharing of rooms is allowed. Rent will vary from $ 850 to $ 750 per month. The house will be exclusively rented out only for students or working professionals only. No personal TV, refrigerator, coffee machine or microwave will be allowed in the room. There are four bathrooms, and the common kitchen has 2 refrigerators, microwave, electric stove, air fryer and coffee machine. Washer and dryer is available in the house. Rooms have their own temperature controllers. Totally Wi-Fi enabled. Rent includes all utilities and parking for 5 cars available in the property + on the street parking is allowed. No smoking or partying allowed in the house or the property. No agents please.
