1 room is available on the second floor for mid-term or long-term rental. Room is $625 per month. Couples are welcomed: room would be $725 per month. Room has a closet space.

Traveling professionals are welcomed, too.

Shared spaces: There is 1 full-bathroom on the 2nd floor with a tub. Kitchen includes a stove, fridge, and sink. Common area adjacent to the kitchen. Access to the porch/patio is through the kitchen.

Electric bill is split among 2 roomies, starting on the second month; gas is split among landlord and 2 roomies only during the winter months; water is included. Wifi is not included. On-street parking.

Close to transportation, local shopping, and right across from city park. Santander arena and major attraction within walking distance.

Valid ID and proof of income required. Must self-administer background check through roomies.com website prior to signing the lease. 1 month’s rent + security deposit to move in. There is an extra $25-monthly-fee for pets. A copy of the pet’s medical records, stating that the pet has been vaccinated and neutered or spayed must be submitted. $200 down to reserve room if immediately interested after viewing.
