The room is 10x10, the lease is month to month, and I try to keep a clean house. Utilities are included, and a washer and dryer are available in the garage.

I’m in my 30s, and work as a mechanic and handyman. One tenant is in his 20s and going to school, and the other is in his 50s and works full time. Everyone is easy going. As long as rent is paid, and you don’t cause problems for others I don’t really care about what you do.
