There’s plenty of space for two people in this two story apartment so you don’t have to worry about being packed like a sardine in a place with 5 other people and no space to yourself. Looking for a young working professional as a roommate. Amenities included: balcony, central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, pool, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer dryer, and gym. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: March 1st 2024. $1,600/month rent (No extra cost for utilities or parking or anything. Just $1,600/month).

I am a 24 year old engineer that graduated from Virginia Tech. I’m pretty easy to get along with and am pretty clean. I like to cook and go to the gym in my free time. I’m also in a masters program which takes up a good portion of my time. I travel a bit for work so I am only home about 60% of the time.
