Estefania's room

Located about 20 min from downtown.

I have a guest bed and bath available for rent. The room itself is 10’ x 13’ and located right next to a restroom and the garage door entrance. The room is furnished (queen size bed and mattress). Garage, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and backyard are available for use. Community houses a club room with pool, and other amenities. I live in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

I’m Type A, pretty quiet, laid back, and very clean/organized. I like to read, work out, enjoy being creative, am social, and like to keep to myself. I am seeking a roommate who is a like minded individual.
