Chi's room

Quiet and safe neighborhood in South San Jose. Beautiful area with a lot of tree and hiking trails. Wood floor and nice backyard. We rent out a room and share bathroom. All the utilities, wifi, and laundry are included. Lots of parking on the street and in front of the house. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs.

My parents live in the house with another roommate. They all very friendly and respect privacy. We have many years experience of having roommates so we are very comfortable to share our home.
