The home has whole house A/C and is cool in summer and warm in winter. Close to many parks. You will have time to reflect and find yourself after 40. Your home is quiet and shows as new. Mature couple subletting two private rooms, each with its own bathroom. You bring with you no alcohol, or drugs, of any kind. We supply the little oasis you have been hoping to find that supports your way of life now. We do require a background check and will be open minded and accepting of the perfect roomies. This is a month-to-month lease.

We are looking for two roomies to share our four-bedroom home. Our life has not been without numerous setbacks. We have been blessed with spiritual gifts. Wisdom, courage, knowledge and the fear of the lord. We do not drink or take drugs. We try to go to bed at a reasonable hour and thank God every night before we turn in.
