Fay's room

Hello, I’m looking for someone (or two people) to take over a lease for me and my roommates shared room.

We live in the GrandMarc Seven Corners building in Minneapolis and want to move out by the end of the month. one lease is $479 and the other is $579 which includes parking. the lease ends in August (August rent was paid already) so, if you’d like to move out after that you can. the apartment is already furnished but you can add whatever you want. there’s two twin beds in the room that were made as loft beds but we detached them to be on the ground. two closets in the room as well, one built in and the other is a wardrobe. bathroom is in the bedroom, it’s a pretty spacious size. I personally think the location, gym and study spaces are the best thing about this place. Please contact me if you’re interested, we really need to move soon.

My roommate and I are looking to move out and find two people to replace us. We currently share a room with twin beds and our own bathroom. We have one other roommate who has her own room due to a lack of a 4th roommate.
