Newbury Street

Nice small 2 bedroom apt 3rd floor, private porch. Heat and hot water included. Whole place is fully furnished (except your room). Rent is currently $600 each a month but will be increasing during my lease renewal in January. should’t be more than $50+ each. Plenty of parking for tenants, walking distance to all city event and the rest of down town Auburn. Also have my own washer and dryer in apt (sadly located in my bedroom closet though) No pictures of apartment yet as I need to wait for current roommate to be out. She will be before the end of January and I’m happy to show off apartment in the mean time.

31 year old single female with 2 cats. As long as you do your fair share, pay your bills on time and can openly communicate I’m pretty laid back. Non smoker of any kind or drug use. Staying sober from alcohol so would prefer someone who didn’t use it excessively. I’m an open book and happy to answer any questions you may have. I also struggle with PTSD and panic disorder but those are me issues that I manage with therapy and medication so all it means is I tend to keep to myself until I’m comfortable. First 2 floors are rented by females each has a dog but are pretty well behaved. We all get a long well. We also have security cameras, one on outside porch and one outside apartment door.
