Brad's room

This house and room are located in a very quiet residential area. within 1 mile of the 101, 1, and 135 freeways. plenty of shopping and stores within 3-5 miles, and loads of restaurants such as vietnamese, american, and thai. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and linens, tv, private closet, and dresser. The home has wifi, kitchen, washer/dryer, large backyard, and living room. The room is a 9 x11 ft with a closet. This room also comes with a free membership to Anytime Fitness in Orcutt for the duration of tenancy.

Both roommates (male and female) are working professionals. I’m a personal trainer at the local gym and work 5-6 days a week. The other roommate is a caregiving supervisor who works early mornings to mid afternoons. We do our best to be clean and quiet.
