34 year-old corporate female professional looking for a female roommate in West Palm Beach. I need a responsible person who will keep this place SPOTLESS and pay rent on time. Zero-drug policy, no parties, no smoking. I like my home to be peaceful and extremely clean. I also have a cleaning lady that comes once a month for deep cleaning.

Bills not included and will be split between you and I: internet (around $50/month), power (runs about $80 to $150 depending on the season). Also open to have the cleaning lady come more often.

Space: the room is furnished with a queen sized bed, brand new mattress, TV, has a closet and own bathroom.

The home: a 2/2.5 townhouse. Common areas to be shared. I have a 3yo cat but don’t want additional animals. Has washer and dryer.
