In this cape-cod style home, you’re accompanied by a friendly upbeat neiborhood, respectful neighbors, & a beautiful large backyard with a deck. My bedroom I’m looking to sublease to; is in the back of the house, so more privacy for yourself to enjoy, right across from this bedroom is your own bathroom, with a standing shower. Luckily, this location home has 2 water heaters so if the roomies are using their sink/bathroom, your water will not be interrupted! The bedroom is standard sized room & is right next to the backyard. This bedroom hasn’t been touched by any smoke (vape, ciggarettes, or cannabis) & has pale white matte walls, wood floors, an urban ceiling fan, & BEAUTIFUL, light-adjustable studio ceiling lights. All outlets work perfectly. This bedroom also has a diagonal cupboard at the foot of the bedroom door & a standard closet.

Roomate 1 : Brianna Brianna, who prefers to go by Bri, is an intelligent and driven young lady, very caring, & very social. She cooks almost every day for all her meals, is very outgoing, and stays to herself most of the time.

Roomate 2 : Kevin Kevin is a respectful young man, he is mosty in his bedroom or chilling on the couch while studying or doing schoolwork, he’s barely ever here, & when he is he’s a joy to be around.

Both are students attending ECU. They both are 19 years old, in their 3rd year in school, & are social butterflies. Despite their age they both are very clean, respectful, & positive young adults. They both do their part in keeping the home clean at all times, no issues whatsoever living with them. You’d make great friends out of these two!
